Continental Knitting: 11/5, 1-3p

What: One of the most requested technique classes is here! Learn how to continental knit, using your left hand to guide the yarn instead of throwing with your right hand. Not only will it improve your speed, it is ergonomically more efficient and puts less stress on your wrist, elbow, and rotator cuff.

Prerequisites: Must know how to knit and purl English style (i.e. throwing)

Materials: Worsted weight yarn in a light color, US 6-7 needles
