Class Policies

Enrollment

Class sizes are limited to 8 people unless approved by the instructor. Payment must be made at time of enrollment to ensure your spot. Sign ups can be done in the store, online or by phone at (503) 372-9318.

Cancellations

If for some reason you have to cancel your class registration, you will be issued store credit for the class amount with at least 7 days notice.

Missed Classes

We understand that life gets crazy sometimes and you will occasionally miss a class. Unfortunately, due to limited availability, classes cannot be made up or credited towards a future class.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available for $35/hour for one person and $45/hour for two people, and can be scheduled by contacting us at 503-372-9318 or emailing us at support@unwindyarnstudio.com.

A pleasant learning environment is our top priority; students are expected to be respectful, courteous, and kind.

The instructor has the right to dismiss individuals who are not maintaining a positive class dynamic.
